Throughout the camp, particpants will get ample opportunities to develop their teamwork, communication, leadership, problem solving, negotiation and motivation skills within a rigorous analytical framework. The creation of an actual venture allows the participants to immediately apply the newly-learned skills to optimize the long-term impact. The camp is conducted by an international team of program advisors and leaders with experience in the world’s best companies, who will provide personal coaching to the participants. This will help them think through how to plan their long-term career and how to maximize chances for success. Furthermore, networking sessions will be organized where participants will have the opportunity to meet business professionals who will provide guidance for the venture and at the same time give deeper insights into what their specific industry is all about and how to be successful in it.
