The RealAcad Venture Management Program is a not-for-profit initiative to groom talents all over the world. The program includes a series of camps held at different locations around the globe. In the course of the program, participants will bring to life a new entrepreneurial venture besides learning the know-hows of the business world. The program has led to the creation of 20 start-ups. One successful venture is NINEO, the creation of RealAcad 2004.

RealAcad's vision is to be the place where the best become so much better. On a micro-level, its goal is to get participants to fully develop themselves and to be the highest possible version of them. On a macro-level, the program tries to enhance the entrepreneurship potential in both developing and developed countries.

RealAcad Venture Management Program will focus on learning through the combination of the very best participants with highly successful program advisors and leaders from the working world. The participants are selected from all over the world after a highly selective screening process to ensure high quality and diversity in the camps. All of them are exceptional top performers from companies and organizations they are engaged in. Some are already running their own ventures and have even IPOed their start-ups. The program advisors and leaders have top degrees and working experience in the best global firms along with successful entrepreneurial ventures. Together they will create a real entrepreneurial venture, imparting participants with real-life learning. Another key learning is created by the cultural exchange between participants from the developing and the developed world.
